  A: You have to be level level 50+ to receive the quest and unlock the Doggie Rescue Center.

  A: You can tell by looking in your Rescue Center. A rescued doggie will look "happy". You can also check the collection in the collections menu.

Part 1: Building the Doggie Rescue Center

1. Once you have met all the prerequisites you will see the following quest icon come up and will be able to place the Doggie Rescue Center.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Click on the "Place" button to place the Doggie Rescue Center and start building it (it will take 7 clicks).
   

   

3. Click on your unfinished Doggie Rescue Center to bring up the list of materials you will need to finish it. You can get these by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have gathered all the parts, just click on "Finish Building" to finish building the Rescue Center and you will see brand new doggie-approved NPCs: Doggie Lovers. These brave volunteers only have one mission in life: To find all lost doggies and return them safely home.
   

   

5. Now that you have your very own Doggie Rescue Center, click on it to learn a bit more. The first menu you will see lists all of your Doggie Lovers, as well as their current status (more on this in part 2 of the guide).
   
   
   
   
   
6. The next tab lists all the trouble making doggies who have a habit of escaping and whether or you have have caught them yet, as well as rewards for returning them safely home.

Now that you have a Doggie Rescue Center in your city it's time to find and rescue some doggies!

Part 2: Rescuing Doggies

1. Whenever you collect from your residences there is a chance of a doggie escaping and running off.
   

   

2. When you see a lost doggie, click on him and your doggie loving volunteers will promptly rescue the pup. Make sure you have enough volunteers available for the rescue; some doggies need more rescuers than others (check the Rescue Center menu for specifics)
   

   

3. As long as you have enough doggie lovers on duty you will successfully rescue the doggie.
   

   

4. After rescuing a doggie your doggie lovers will need to replenish their supply of treats. Whenever you have at least one doggie lover with an empty treat bad you will see the bone icon over your Rescue Center (as long as it's not ready to collect).
   

   

5. Click on your Rescue Center to check how many doggie lovers need to replenish their supplies (this number will depend on how many and which type of doggies you have rescued). You can wait the specified amount of time for them to replenish, or you can post a request for treats so that your friends can help you. You can also purchase treats with City Cash.
   
   
   

 Part 3: Upgrading the Doggie Rescue Center

1. Click on the Rescue Center and navigate to "Upgrades" to learn how many doggies need to be rescued for each level.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Once you have caught the specified number of doggies you will be able to upgrade your Rescue Center, which will add additional doggie lovers and unlock doggies for that level.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Any additional Rescue Centers you build after upgrading will be at the same upgrade level once completed. Upgrading the Rescue Center will also slightly change its appearance.
