Did not receive Winged Unicorn from Mafia Wars 2 Promotion

A few players are reporting that they have reached level 5 in Mafia Wars 2 and have not received their reward, the Winged Unicorn. This is a known issue. The workaround is to refresh your game in order to get the completion message and for the reward to be granted to your gift box. Additionally, it may take a few minutes after reaching level 5 for the item to be granted.
