The Mafia Wars 2 team is aware of an issue that causes newly-accepted Crew members to not necessarily appear in the game on your Crew Ladder.
If you get a Crew invite from someone, and you accept it, but don't see the new person on the ladder on the bottom of the screen, then you may be experiencing this problem. Because Mafia Wars 2 uses Crew members to help you out on your Home Turf, and in your missions, this can hamper your ability to finish some missions.
Today, we pushed a fix that should make this issue subside for many of you. However, you may need to send out your own Crew invites to get the new Crew members aboard your ladder.
