We are aware of an issue with the Halloween quest and the Trick or Treat Candy. We know that Chefs are having issues collecting Candy from friends through the Trick or Treat game and that their are problems with posting to feeds.
So we have left a little treat for you! All tasks in the Amelia's Treats Quest that required Candy have been unlocked!
Though we have been getting lots of questions about how to go trick or treating, so we'd like to share some information regarding this feature to hopefully clear up a little confusion.
Once you’ve placed your Halloween Bowl in your Café, you’ll be able to “Trick” or “Treat” your friends. Here’s what you need to know:
Halloween Bowl:
- The friends you see will be an assortment of Café players, both new and old.
- You can Trick or Treat your friends by posting a message to their wall (the message will be posted by you, and NOT Café World)
- Tricking or Treating your friends, will result in the same reward.
- If Cafe World has been blocked or your friend does not allow Wall Posts, they will not see your message.
- Once your friends do see your message, they can click “Accept Treat (or Trick), Give Candy”, which will give you a candy for your Halloween Bowl.
- An upcoming hotfix will ensure that both of you can enjoy this candy and receive the credit in your Halloween Bowl.
Amelia's Treats:
- All tasks in the Amelia's Treats Quest that required Candy have been unlocked!
