There is a small number of chefs that were reporting that after completing all 4 levels of Chef Showdown, they did not receive the spice pack. Our engineers have fixed the issue and you should receive the spice pack as you normally would. If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

I finished Chef Showdown, but I did not get the spice bundle.
Please make sure you have finished all 4 levels of Chef Showdown. Although the progress bar may appear full, this player needs to finish Level 4.

Does Chef Showdown have an overall timer?
No, Chef Showdown does not have an overall timer. The only timers associated with this feature are the individual timers of each challenge, which you can start whenever you like.

I see the challenge expired message, but I cannot close it OR I see the challenge expired message, but I had enough points to win.

No, Chef Showdown does not have an overall timer. The only timers associated with this feature are the individual timers of each challenge, which you can start whenever you like.
What happens if the timer runs out and I lose?
You can challenge the master chef again.
