Half Screen Visible
Players are experiencing the game in half screen. We discovered that using the Google Chrome browser or updating Internet Explorer to version 9 fixes this issue.
90% Main Loading Page
Players are reporting a freeze on the main loading screen bar at 90%, preventing access to the game. We are actively diagnosing and fixing this issue If you still have difficulty accessing the game, please follow our standard Loading instructions here . Missing Neighbors
Players are reporting neighbors missing from thier Neighbor Ladder. Our development team is actively investigating this issue. If this persists, please click on the Vote button below in order for us to define the scope of the issue. Thank you for your cooperation!
Storing Units and Buildings
It is possible to store your units in your inventory, but only after construction of the unit at a Military building.
Click on the building to deploy then immediately click on the Cancel button in the lower right menu.
Your unit will go directly to your inventory.
Buildings cannot be placed in Inventory because they need to be constructed on solid ground first.
After units are deployed on your Empire island, they cannot be stored in inventory, and only used to defend resources and buildings. Use caution before deploying!
Meet the Neighbors Quest
When you begin the game, your Neighbor Ladder is unavailable and unlocked through the "Meet the Neighbors" Quest. You will be able to add friends to your ladder prior to the quest, but you cannot visit them until the Meet the Neighbors is complete. This is by design and not a bug. Please follow the tutorial quests closely and you will be able to invade and assist your friends.
No Empire Points upon Leveling up
In Empires & Allies, there is no Empire Point gain per level up. This is by design and not a game error.

Every time i get a new neighbor, i can`t visit them, because it say I am either attacking them, or invading them. Also, they disappear the next day. When i check my neighbor list, the lower portion(about half my neighbors), are greyed out. All it says is "send gift". I can`t see them on the beneath the game, and don`t even know if they are still my neighbors.

ReplyDeleteI'm also missing neighbours.My friends say they can see me in their list,but they never show up on mine.I also have the "attacking or invading" message come up when trying to visit new neighbours and then they just disappear.Is there a limit on how many neighbours you can have?Help me please.
