The level cap for honor and infamy has not been increased yet, but this is planned for the future.
Some players report that they get a message in the game telling them that their honor/infamy level has increased to level 51 or more and that they received a Power Up. But when they reload the game, the level is back to 50 and there is no free Power Up.
This is a bug. But rest assured, all hearts you collect beyond level 50 will be added to the new honor/infamy levels once they have been introduced.
