Why do I get an error message when I try to purchase with my mobile phone?



I get an error message when I try to purchase City Cash or Poker Chips with mobile payment option

We are currently aware that some of you are experiencing the error message displayed below while trying to purchase Game Currency from the “Buy with Mobile” icon.

If this error message [We're sorry. Mobile packages are not available in your area at this time] appears when you try to purchase game Currency, you still have a different way to buy with your Mobile:

1.      Select one the 3 smallest amounts and click “Continue”

For CityVille:

 2.      Select “Mobile phone” as payment method.

3.      Finally, follow the step on screen to purchase your Game Currency.


As soon as your purchase is completed, you should receive your Game Currency within the next hour.

You can check your purchase history on your Facebook account to confirm your purchase status:
