In order for you to send more help requests, you must wait 24 hours from your last help request.
Keep in mind that feed posts and accepting friend or help requests do not count towards this total. Accepting requests from your neighbors does not increase or decrease your daily request total. Help requests are not limited to any specific feature as it counts for an overall total.
