Treasure Isle developers have released a new feature for the players. Once players reach level 3, they will received a pop up asking them to place the Trading Post. The Trading Post has to be placed in the water around their home island and unlike the previous raffle feature, the Trading Post is a permanent fixture.
New merchants will be coming by every few weeks with new items to trade for. Each merchant will have a specific item they use to trade with. The first merchant, Spice Merchant, will be using Rock Salt. Players may purchase the Rock Salt using Island Cash or can ask neighbors for these items. Players can also send these items to their friends as well.
Players need to clear out a small space in order to place the Trading Post into the water surrounding their home island. The item will not go into their backpack if there is no room in the water, and players will be prompted with the pop up until they can place it in the water. The Trading Post is only for players to use and interact with on their own home island and not when visiting their neighbors islands.
