The new quest "Mighty Minis" commands you to speed up the production of 10 "Experimental Facilities".
But this type of building is not availbable to all players at the moment. This means your neighbors may not have it yet and you won´t be able to complete this task.
This new building will be released slowly to all players to ensure that it is working as intended.
