• Q: What are the prerequisites for this feature?
  A: Have at least one City Hall in your city and be level 15+.
  
  
• Q: I have more than one City Hall, which one gives this mission?
  A: Either the City Hall with the most crew, or the most recently built one.
  
  
• Q: Can I repeat this mission?
  A: No, you can only do it once.
  
  
• Q: Will I still earn a prize if some of my friends don't respond?
  A: There are 3 levels of prizes with increasing requirements for each. If you have recruited enough friends for at least one level before the timer runs out you will receive that prize.
  
  
• Q: Do prizes depend on the level of my City Hall?
  A: Yes they do. Higher levels will reward better prizes, but will also require more crew. A level 2 City Hall was used in this guide.
  
  
• Q: If I don't/can't post on my friend's wall will they still be able to help me?
  A: Yes, they will see an icon on the neighbor ladder indicating that you need help.
  
  
• Q: Some of my City Hall crew are Bonus Crew (City Sam), how will that work?
  A: You will have the option of replacing them by sending invites to your friends.
  
  
• Q: Some of my City Hall crew are blank, how can I complete this mission?
  A: You will have the option of replacing them by sending invites to your friends.
  
  
• Q: The option to replace some of the blank crew member is not working for me, why is that?
  A: You will be able to replace these blank crew member during the final 6 hours of your mission.

Part 1: Completing Your Own Mission

1. The next time you collect from your City Hall (or when you finish building one, if you didn't already have one in your city) you will see the campaign icon above it.
   

   

   
   
2. Clicking on your City Hall once you see that icon will bring up the following dialog and allow you to start the mission. Click on "Start Mission" to start, or close it if you wish to start later.
   

   

3. When you start the mission you will see the following screen whenever you click on your City Hall. From this menu you can send a message (wall post) to your City Hall crew to help you with this mission by clicking on the "Recruit Friend" button across from their name. You can also replace any Bonus Crew members and any positions that show up as blank by sending requests to your friends.
   
   
   
   
   
4. When a friend has responded to your call for help you will see a check mark next to their name and your number of responses will be increased by one (1).
   
   
   
   
   
5. Once you have recruited all your friends (either by them responding to your requests or by using City Cash), or when your timer runs out, you will see the following pop-up indicating that the mission is over.
   

   

   
   
6. You will also see the icon on top of your City Hall change from the clock to the basket, indicating that it's now time to collect your prizes.

7. When you see the completion pop-up and icon you can click on your City Hall to bring up the following screen, where you will see who helped you and what prizes you have earned.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click on "Collect Reward" to complete the mission and collect your rewards.
