    A: These features are available to all players level 9+.
    
  • Q: Do I have to complete quests for the Holiday Saga in any particular order?
    A: No, you may complete them in any order you wish.
    
  • Q: When can I open my presents?
    A: On December 25th.
    
  • Q: Where can I get "toys" and "wreaths" for the first act of the Holiday Saga?
    A: "Toys" are a random drop when collecting from businesses, "Wreaths" are a random drop when collecting from residences.
    
  • Q: How can I get more presents for Santa's Workshop?
    A: You can get more presents by posting a request to your wall, clicking on requests from your friends, and receiving them as gifts though the ZSC (direct requests).
    
  • Q: Which Hotels will count towards the third quest in Act 2?
    A: Resorts Hotel and the Sailboat Hotel will count towards this quest.
    
  • Q: I unlocked the expansion with the first Holiday Town Gate on it, but it's not counting towards the first quest of Act 2, why is that?
    A: In order to complete that part of the quest you have to finish building a Holiday Town Gate; just unlocking the expansion will not fulfill that requirement.
    
  • Q: What is the Outdoor Skating Rink?
    A: It's a community building that adds 2000 population allowance.

• Q: How can I use the first gate of Holiday Town?
  A: Before you can use the gate you must first expand to that square. To learn more please seeHoliday Town Gate 1.
  
• Q: What is the Giving Tree?
  A: It's a 3x3 decoration with a +50% bonus to payouts.
  
• Q: Can I move a Holiday Town Gate once I unlock the expansion it's on?
  A: No, you will not be able to move the Gate, but you will be able to move the items that will appear in its place once you have completed the associated quests.
  
• Q: How can I use the expansions with Gates that are currently locked?
  A: You will not be able to use these expansions, though you may still expand to them if you wish, until that part of the feature is unlocked for you.
  
• Q: I placed an expansion on a square with a locked Holiday Town Gate, can i move the Gate so I can use the expansion?
  A: You will not be able to use that expansion, the Holiday Town Gates cannot be moved until they are completed.
  
• Q: I placed an expansion on a square that had a Holiday Town Gate with a lock on top of it, how can I move it or use it?
  A: You cannot move the Holiday Town Gates until they are completed; you will be able to use and complete them once they are available and unlocked.
