We've been receiving a higher than normal contact rate over this holiday season. If you have submitted an email, we want to assure you that we did not forget and are working around the clock to answer them as soon as possible.
Please note that if you submit multiple emails about the same issue, it will only slow down our response to you and to your fellow chefs.
As a sign of good faith, we have made the following changes to the game to help you along the way:
*Fantastic Spice Package - Everybody who logs in to the game (starting tomorrow) will receive the “Fantastic spice package” consisting of 10 Instant Thyme, 10 Quest Buster Thyme and 10 Maestro Thyme
(Note: This will start the afternoon of 12/22 Pacific time and is limited to one package per person.
*Double Mastery – Everybody will receive Double Mastery on all dishes served through December 31, 2011.
*Holiday Spice Blast - Everybody who logs in to Café World between 12PM PDT on 12/24 and 11:59PM PDT on 12/25, will receive a Holiday Spice Blast of 50 Instant Thyme (limited to one package per person).
*A secret Holiday surprise! You'll have to play to find out what it is.
