  A: Being Level 27 or above.
  
• Q: How do I receive the Custom Car Shop?
  A: This item will be given to you to place through the Car Collector Goals (it can also be found in your inventory).
  
• Q: Do I need to build the Garage as well as the Custom Car Shop in order to see cars?
  A: No you do not; building either one will add cars to your city. Although you can only make custom cars in the Custom Car Shop and the Garage is required for the quest line that adds more unique vehicles to your city.
  
• Q: How do I collect car parts to build my cars?
  A: You must first complete the Custom Car Shop. Some car parts you may request from your friends while other car parts may be received by clicking on cars in your City.
  
• Q: How do I find cars driving in my City?
  A: Keep your eyes out for cars driving on your streets after you supply your businesses. Make sure to click on them before they disappear!
  
• Q: I supplied my businesses, but I don't see any cars, is something wrong?
  A: Cars will not always spawn immediately, please wait for a couple of minutes and make sure that you have residences connected to either roads or sidewalks.
  
• Q: How many types of cars are there to build?
  A: Currently there are 4 styles of cars you can build. Note: There are more car styles coming soon!
  
• Q: How many times can I build each style?
  A: Once. After you have built a customized car you will continue to see it appear in your City.
  
• Q: Can I work on more than one custom car at a time?
  A: Yes, you can work on building all of them at once. Parts will drop from cars randomly for any of the current models available.
  
• Q: Can I have multiple Custom Car Shops?
  A: You can only have one of these buildings. You can not purchase more Custom Car Shops from the Build Menu.

Step by Step Guide

1. Once you have reached level 27 you will see the following icon on your screen and will be able to start the Custom Car Shop quest line.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Place the Custom Car Shop either by clicking on the place button or from your inventory. Start building it then click on the unfinished building to find out which items are required to finish it. You can request these items from friends or purchase them with City Cash.
   
   
   
3. Once your Car Shop is finished click on it to see the options and cars available to you.
   
   
   
4. Mouse over a car to see its benefits. Click on a car to see what items are required to build it.
   
   
   
5. From this menu you can see what parts are needed and where they come from.
   
   
   
6. The ones with the "Ask" button under them can be sent or posted as a request, the others can be obtained as random drops when collecting from cars. You can also hover over each part to learn more about where to get it.
   
   
   
7. For parts that come from random drops, just click on any car with a coin on top of it for a chance to collect a random part.
   
    
   
8. You can check on your progress at any time by clicking on the Custom Car Shop and then any car of your choice.
   
   
   
9. Once you have collected enough parts for a car just click on the "Build" button to build that car.
   
   
   
10. When you complete building a new custom car for the first time you will see several of them exit the Custom Car Shop; click on them for a coin reward. From now on you will see these cars along with the rest when you supply your businesses.
