Why are my friends not getting my requests?

Hi Chef,

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble sending requests to your friends.  We know that there have been some issues with the new request system.  Some chefs have been getting an error or a blank screen when trying to send requests.  For some chefs their friends never receive their requests.  We are sorry that this is slowing down your progress.

First, we suggest not using Internet Explorer as this browser seems to be part of the issue.  Please switch over to using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for playing your game.  Switiching browsers has helped some chefs with this issue.

If that doesn't help, then we are sorry that this issue is still affecting your cafe.  Our team is looking closely at this issue and are working hard to fix it as soon as possible.

There is no need to submit an email for this issue.  Click Please Fix below to help us keep track of the number of players affected by this.
