Players have reported a problem at the Give 'Em Bell quest of the holiday quest line. The 1st quest task requires 3 winter gloom beasties to be banished away from the kingdom. We have discovered winter gloom beasties may spawn in remote areas or do not display at all making it impossible to clobber them away.
Refreshing the CastleVille application is the recommended action at this time. Refreshing will help the winter gloom beastie respawn in a different location when a fix is put in place. The CastleVille engineers are investigating the problem and will resolve this issue shortly.
