Would you like to ring in 2012 among friends from your favorite game, while watching the ball drop in the heart of New York’s Times Square? Zynga invites you to join us in New York, December 31, 2011, for a once-in-a-lifetime New Year’s Eve celebration.

Play games, meet the makers of your favorite games, participate in Q&A sessions, enjoy food and drinks, music/dancing and mingle with fellow fans at the NASDAQ world headquarters -- featuring unimpeded views of Times Square and the world-famous New Year’s Eve ball drop.

In order to be considered, be one of the first out of 75 people to register to attend this event. Please simply fill out the Eventbrite registration for a chance to become one of the lucky VIP’s (Very Important Players) to be attend this exclusive Ville-themed New Year’s party in Times Square. Each player selected is allowed to invite one guest to this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Restrictions:  You and your guest must be at least 21 years old.  Zynga will not be responsible for any travel or hotel costs; only the party is provided.  All participants will go through background checks.This is not a confirmed ticket - Just because you registered, you are not guaranteed a final ticket.

• Attendees must have a Zynga account in good standing.
• A valid government-issued ID will be required to gain entrance to the event. 

Zynga Inc. and its affiliates (collectively the “Sponsor”) make no guarantees that tickets will be available to every or any user or members of any Zynga fan pages or site or service. Ticket pre-sale and on-sale dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Event is subject to cancellation or postponement without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase at their discretion.

Additional Terms and Conditions

THE TICKET PURCHASER/HOLDER (“Holder”) VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF PROPERTY LOSS AND PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF THE EVENT(S). Zynga Inc.  (“Zynga”) may revoke the license granted herein and eject or refuse entry to the Holder for violation of ticket terms and conditions, facility rules, illegal activity or misconduct, including in the sole discretion of Zynga, inappropriate or disorderly behavior. Zynga reserves the right to conduct background checks to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that involvement in any way of any such person in advertising or publicity for the event will not bring Zynga into disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on Zynga, as determined by Zynga in its sole discretion. Holders with Zynga accounts in violation of the Zynga Terms of Service may be declared ineligible. Zynga reserves the right to void purchases and refuse entry, in whole or in part, to any person where that person's background check reveals information that is unacceptable to the Sponsor. Tickets may not be resold or duplicated. Tickets resold in violation of these terms are subject to cancellation without refund.  Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises. Persons under the age of 21 are not eligible to purchase or acquire tickets or attend the event. Use (other than personal use) of images from the event is prohibited without the prior written consent of Zynga. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized and hereby grants permission to utilize Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. Unless specifically authorized in advance by Zynga, this ticket may not be offered in a commercial promotion or as a prize in a sweepstakes or contest. Zynga may choose to relocate the event to another facility - dates, times and location of event are subject to change. Zynga shall not be responsible for punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or in connection with the event. No transfers, refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Access to the venue listed on the ticket (or substitute venue) by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. If access is denied, no refund of the ticket price will be due. Persons selling or reselling tickets in violation of any applicable city, county or state regulations, ordinances or laws are subject to arrest and prosecution. The Holder of this ticket agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe upon Zynga's rights. Acquisition or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
