Users have reported running into trouble when completing the 2nd task of the "Sugar Rush" Kris Kringle quest, requiring 1 neighbor kitchen to be tended.
In order to complete this quest, an active kitchen must be accelerated. This means that your neighbor's kitchen must be at work cooking up a recipe in order to be accelerated. Look for the timer icon, this is the sign of an active kitchen.
