Step by Step Guide

1. Once you have reached level 30 you will see the following quest icon, clicking on it will start the quest.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Click the "Place" button on the quest screen to place the Russian Mansion.
   

   

3. Click on the Russian Mansion to find out what's required to complete it.
   
   
   
   
4. Clicking on the "Ask for Parts" button will show you which parts are needed to fulfill that requirement. You can get these materials by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash.
   

   

5. Once you have completed all the required tasks, click on "Finish Building" to complete your Russian Mansion.
   
   
   
   
6. Once completed, the Russian Mansion will function as a residence with the following stats: 3550-6550 population, 521 coin/day rent.
