OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (EXCEPT THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), THE UNITED KINGDOM (EXCEPT NORTHERN IRELAND) AND GERMANY, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR COUNTRY OR PLACE OF RESIDENCE AT TIME OF ENTRY. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Zynga Poker Holiday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (except the Province of Quebec), The United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and Germany who are 18 years of age and older or the age of majority in their country or place of residence at time of entry ("Eligible Participant"). Void in PR, the Province of Quebec, Northern Ireland and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Zynga Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Tenthwave Digital LLC are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws. 

3. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on December 9, 2011 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on December 19, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

4. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes via any Android platform device or via Mail. Android platform device: You may enter the Sweepstakes through the Zynga Poker application on any Android platform including Android smartphones, Android tablets, and Google TV devices. To access the application, install Zynga’s Poker application on the Android mobile device. Rules for Zynga Poker are available athttp://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=1257255 . You must insure that your email address is associated with your Android device and insure that you have given Poker permission to access this email address in order to be eligible to enter via this method. Once you are a Poker user (a “user”), you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes when you play each day you play the game during the Prlomotion Period. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on December 19, 2011 in order to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Subsequent entries submitted by the same person on the same day are void. Message and data rates may apply. Other charges may apply. Check your wireless plan for details. Participation in this Sweepstakes by wireless mobile device means that Eligible Participant understands that he/she may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Sweepstakes, including notifying Eligible Participant if he/she is a winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to Entrant’s carrier’s rate plan. By Mail: ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Or, you may enter the Sweepstakes via U.S. Mail. To enter the Zynga Poker Holiday Sweepstakes by U.S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP or Postal code, date of birth, email address, daytime and evening telephone number and the words “Zynga Poker Holiday Sweepstakes” on a 3” X 5” card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: Zynga Poker Holiday Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 997, Plainview, NY 11803-0997. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 19, 2011 and received by December 27, 2011. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent entries submitted by the same person or email address on the same day will be void. Entrants may enter only by using the entry methods described in these rules. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage due, late or inaccurate are void. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If a dispute results as to the identity of an Android entrant, it will be determined that the entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The promotional website’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Your Zynga Poker account is not transferable.
