If you are seeing a screen like this when loading into the Pioneer Trail, unfortunately that means we're experiencing loading and feed issues with The Pioneer Trail at the present time.
Usually refreshing the game should resolve the problem, but if it you're still unable to load, there may be a deeper problem at fault. One suggestion we like to offer (although we understand it may not be immediately possible for all users) is to try loading into the game from another computer. Sometimes doing so will identify where the problem is. If you're able to log into your game from another computer, this would indicate the problem is based around your machine and you may want to look into upgrading or troubleshooting your internet connection and web browser.
