RewardVille - Current Issues

Here is a list of common issues players are encountering in RewardVille, along with some suggestions for working around the issues until we have them fixed. We update this page often so check back for updates and possible solutions. 

PrivacyVille: In order to receive the 200 zPoints for completing PrivacyVille - please be sure that you are connected to Facebook.

Can not win Bingo after completing Daily Goals: Players have reported report not being able to complete the Bingo board after completing the daily goals and collecting the Power Player bonus. Once the player completes the actions required for the daily goals - Rewardville will not register points acquired for other games played in the bingo board. One workaround for our players is to complete the Bingo on your gameboard before attempting to get the Power Player bonus. Ways to improve this are being explored, but for the time being - please refer to the above information in order to maximize your zPoints earning through our mini-games.

*UPDATED 08/31/2011* Cannot sign in to RewardVille with Facebook Connect: Players have reported being unable to log in to RewardVille via Facebook Connect. Our developers were able to indentify several problems with the sign in, and have implemented several fixes that seem to have fixed most of the problems. We are aware that several players are still experiencing a constant loop/refresh when attempting to sign in to RewardVille. One potential work-around we are asking players to try is to sign out of Facebook before visiting RewardVille.  Additionally, you should always try clearing your cookies and cache.  We appreciate everyone's patience while we get this issue fixed. UPDATE: Facebook has made some changes that seems to be helping many users experiencing this issue. Max RewardVille zLevel has been reached: Some players have recently reported having issues when their zLevel reaches 70 in RewardVille.  Congratulations on beating us to the punch!  Until very recently, that was the maximum zLevel in RewardVille.  As of 05/12/2011, however, the zLevel maximum was raised to 300.  We appreciate everyone letting us know about hitting zLevel 70!

Can not find where to accept RewardVille requests: Mystery Gifts and other requests sent from RewardVille must be accepted on your Facebook requests page.
