  A: No you do not; however completing this quest faster will yield better rewards (such as the "Chekhov Estate" for the gold).

• Q: What will happen to the City Music Hall if I remove it from my city after finishing it?
  A: It will go back into your inventory; if you wish to rebuild it you would have to gather building materials again.

Step by Step Guide

1. Once you have reached level 34 you will see the following quest icon, clicking on it will show you possible reward and allow you to start the quest.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Clicking on the "Start" button will start the quest and show you what is required to complete it. You can place the City Music Hall from your inventory, or by clicking on the "Place" button.
   
   
   
3. Place the City Music Hall and start building it (it will take 7 clicks).

    

   
   
4. Click on the unfinished City Music Hall to find out what's required to complete it.
   
   
   
5. Clicking on the "Ask for Parts" button will show you which parts are needed to fulfill that requirement. You can get these materials by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash. 

   

6. Complete the mastery necessary business and crop mastery requirements. The required businesses and crop can be found in the Build Menu; please try the Build Menu search feature to easily locate the needed items.
   
   
   
7. Once you have completed all the required tasks, click on "Finish Building" to complete your City Music Hall.
