We understand that many players do not see their quest icons. This is currently being investigated by our developers.
There is a possible workaround for this particular issue. Visit a neighbor and return to your city, your quest icons should appear and be working correctly.
Note: This workaround may fix the issue for that session only. The workaround may not fix the issue completely.
There is no need to submit an email for this issue. To help us out, click Please Fix below to help us keep track of the total number of affected players.
