Error with sending special deliveries to "Recently Played" neighbors

Some FarmVille players are having difficulties sending Special Deliveries to recently playing FarmVille neighbors. This is through using the left icon on the game screen for "Recently Played" friends. When attempting to send special deliveries, an error message appears, stating "An error occurred with FarmVille."

We believe that the issue may arise from attempting to send a Special Delivery to a "FarmVille Friend" (non-Facebook friend) neighbor that has also blocked FarmVille requests.

Below are workaround steps that may resolve the issue for you.

Steps to resolve:

1) Load up the Recently Played dialog by clicking on the Special Delivery icon on the left side of your game screen. 
2) Try sending Special Deliveries to all selected friends to confirm the error still exists.
3) If the problem still exists, deselect one "FarmVille Friend" neighbor at a time and try sending again until there is no error. Make note of the last "FarmVille Friend" neighbor that was deselected when it starts working again and the send is successful.
3) Go to the 'Add Neighbors' tab and scroll down to the neighbors section.
4) Remove that specific "FarmVille Friend" neighbor as a FarmVille neighbor.
5) The "FarmVille Friend" neighbor should no longer show up in the Recently Played dialog. Future special delivery sends should be successful.
